Stop dosing by guesswork. The reusable 3 ml injection pen moves your handling from the approximate graduated syringe to mechanical click dosing, unit by unit.

Built around a click-stop dial and a precision lead screw, it delivers exactly the dose shown, from 1 to 60 units, every time. Load a standard ISO 3 ml cartridge filled with your reconstituted compound, lock it, dial to the value you want, inject. No graduations to read against the light, no half-unit lost.

Premium metal body engineered for 3,000 cycles: this is not a throwaway, it is the tool you keep. The same architecture as the market reference pens, without the brand-name entry ticket. For laboratory research use.

Science

01Mechanism of action

The pen relies on a proven mechanical principle, identical to that of the reference dosing pens: a lead screw turns the rotation of the dial into a linear, calibrated advance of the piston.

1. The cartridge holder. The 3 ml glass cartridge sits in a threaded compartment. As you screw it in, the pen piston comes into contact with the cartridge rubber stopper, ready to push it.

2. Dose selection. Turning the dial loads the mechanism over a stroke strictly proportional to the dose shown. Each notch equals one unit: the tactile and audible feedback (the click) confirms the value without even looking.

3. Delivery. Pressing the button releases the loaded stroke. The screw pushes the piston by an exact distance, expelling a precise volume from the cartridge down to the microlitre. This mechanical conversion of rotation into translation is what makes dosing repeatable from one time to the next, where the syringe depends entirely on the eye and the hand.

4. Priming. Before the first dose, a purge of 1 to 2 units expels residual air and pressurises the mechanism. This is the step that guarantees the dose shown is truly the dose delivered.

Nothing electronic, nothing to recharge: precision comes from the mechanics, not a battery. Minimal maintenance keeps the dosing accuracy over thousands of cycles.

Benchmark

Similar peptides

Injection pen versus graduated syringe. The syringe forces you to read a tiny mark, estimate between two graduations and steady your hand during injection. The pen removes those three sources of error: the dose is selected at the click, locked mechanically, then delivered with one press. For finely titrated compounds where a half-unit matters, the gap in repeatability is decisive.

Reusable versus prefilled disposable. A prefilled pen is convenient but tied to a single product, a single concentration, and goes in the bin once empty. The reusable pen accepts any standard 3 ml cartridge that you fill with your own preparation: total freedom of compound and concentration, negligible cost per dose, one tool for every protocol.

Metal versus plastic. Cheap plastic versions drift and break. The metal body takes 3,000 cycles with no dosing drift. Over time it is the most economical and reliable option.

The winning trio: this pen, spare 3 ml cartridges and fresh 31G needles. A complete, precise, reusable system for a fraction of the price of a brand-name device.
