Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&C) exclusively govern the contractual relationship between Atlas Lab Solutions LLC, registered in New Mexico (USA), with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road PL NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110 (hereinafter the "Seller") and any person visiting or making a purchase on the website.

By validating their order, the Buyer declares they have the legal capacity to contract and accept these terms without reservation.

This site is exclusively intended for professionals, researchers, laboratories, and academic institutions.

WARNING: All products sold on this website are chemical compounds intended exclusively for laboratory research and in vitro analysis.

They are NOT medications, food products, cosmetics, or medical devices.

They are strictly prohibited for any human use (injection, ingestion, topical application) or veterinary use.

The Buyer acknowledges being a qualified researcher or professional with the skills and equipment necessary to handle these products safely.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if there is reason to believe the products will be used for non-compliant purposes (personal use, doping, self-medication).

Products are described (technical sheet, purity, sequence). However, photos are not contractual.

The indicated purity (e.g., ≥98%) is certified by HPLC analysis. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available for each batch.

Peptides are delivered in lyophilized form (powder) and must be stored according to technical recommendations (freezing) upon receipt.

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) including all taxes (incl. VAT) for the European Union.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation.

Payment is due immediately upon order via the proposed means (Bank Transfer, Cryptocurrencies). No shipment will be made before full receipt of funds.

Products are shipped from our partner logistics platform in France to the European Union.

Delivery times (2 to 5 business days) are given as an indication and are not guaranteed.

The transfer of risks occurs when the products are handed over to the carrier. However, in case of loss confirmed by the carrier, the Seller undertakes to reship the order at its expense.

The Buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of imported products in their country of residence.

In accordance with our commercial policy, you have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and unhandled. Any product that has been opened, damaged by the customer or whose seal has been broken cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order. For credit/debit card payments, the refund is credited immediately to the customer's statement. For other payment methods, the processing time may vary but does not exceed 14 business days. Return shipping costs are covered by Atlas Lab Solutions LLC.

In case of a missing or damaged item upon receipt, the customer has 7 days from delivery to report the issue by email. Atlas Lab Solutions LLC will, at the customer's choice, either reship the affected item or issue a refund for the corresponding amount. These two resolution methods are mutually exclusive: the customer cannot receive both a reshipment and a refund for the same item. Once the refund has been processed or the replacement item delivered, the claim is considered definitively closed.

Atlas Lab Solutions LLC cannot be held liable for any damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial, or physical, that could result from improper use of the marketed products.

The Seller's liability will, in any case, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be challenged for simple errors or omissions that may have remained despite all precautions taken in product presentation.

We place paramount importance on the confidentiality of your data. Your personal information is only used for processing your order.

In accordance with our privacy policy ("OpSec"), we minimize data retention. Sensitive information related to orders is regularly purged from our connected servers.

No data is sold to third parties.

These terms are subject to the law of the State of New Mexico (USA), the company's registered office.

However, for consumers residing in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence may apply.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
