Article 5: Delivery and Risks
Products ship from our stock in France, within the European Union.
Orders ship from France on the dispatch days shown on the website and in the confirmation email, public holidays excepted. Transit then takes 2 to 6 working days within France depending on the method chosen, longer abroad. These transit times are indicative; in any event, the Seller undertakes to deliver no later than 30 days after the order.
For a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to them when they, or a third party they have designated, take physical possession of the parcel (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code). In case of loss confirmed by the carrier, the Seller reships the order at its own expense.
The Buyer is responsible for verifying the legality of imported products in their country of residence.
